• You’re responsible for all activity under your account or connected wallet.

5. Token Reward System

• Tokens are utility points earned via referrals and promotional activities; they are not securities and carry no promise of profit.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots/scripts to farm Tokens
• Upload malware or attempt to hack, scrape, or overload our systems
• Violate sanctions, AML/KYC laws, or promote illegal activity

8. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and original content are owned by Cryptic Horizons or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights beyond the limited use granted here.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranties of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data may be delayed or inaccurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cryptic Horizons is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—or any loss of Tokens, profits, or data.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts (or DIFC, if applicable).

12. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will appear on the Platform. Continued use after changes equals acceptance.
